CANCELLATION POLICY

No Show Policy: In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it is required that you provide notice at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so, or if you do not contact us at all, will result in a cancellation fee of $50 or the full amount of the Service. Less than 24 hour notice of cancellation: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be required to pay a $30 late cancellation Fee. This payment must be made prior to the scheduling of any future services. Late Fee: In the event that you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, a late fee of $30 will be applied to your total service charge. Please be aware that repeated late arrivals may result in cancellation.
